
I am a Fencing Coach and Degree in Sports Science with over forty years of experience in the high-performance sports sector, technical training, and methodological direction.
My journey began within the Italian Fencing Federation (FIS), where I worked for over three decades as a Technical Master of the federal staff.

During my collaboration with the FIS (Italian Fencing Federation):
During this period, I also contributed to the methodological evolution of Italian fencing preparation, both for the technical aspect and for the fencer's physical conditioning.
Since 2016, I have taken on the role of Head of Fencing at Aspire Academy (Qatar) and technical consultant for the Qatar Fencing Federation, with the task of developing a highly specialized youth fencing system.
In this context, I designed and implemented programs that led to winning the first international medals for the U13, U15, and U17 categories, establishing Aspire as a high-level hub for fencing growth in the Gulf and the Asian region.

I hold a degree in Sports Science at the San Raffaele University of Rome, and I have completed advanced courses in sports training methodology, sports management (SDA Bocconi University) and CONI high technical training. I collaborate with universities, federations, and international sports institutions.
My professional goal is to promote a modern, sustainable, scientifically grounded, and athlete-centered fencing, that combines tradition, innovation, and attention to the individual's human and sporting journey.
